Glass Ceiling Commission
The Glass Ceiling Commission (1991-1996) was a federally funded commission which considered the "invisible, artificial barriers that prevent qualified individuals from advancing within their organization and reaching full potential." The Catherwood Library at Cornell University has electronically archived the reports and findings of the commission, as well as a host of papers written on the Glass Ceiling Commission.
