Graduate Student, Communication Studies Cecilia is a Graduate Assistant Coach and Ph.D. Candidate in Rhetoric at UGA. She completed her bachelors degree at James Madison University where she debated and qualified to the NDT and completed her M.A. at the University of Northern Iowa.
