How do I become an affiliate or associate faculty member?

Download an application.  Send the completed application to the Institute for Women's Studies in Gilbert Hall, 210 Herty Drive, Athens, Georgia 30602 to the attention of Dr. Patricia Richards. A list of affiliate and associate faculty members are located in the directory section of our website.

How can I incorporate a gender perspective to my teaching or research?

Often, reviewing internal and external syllabi can provide examples as well as reviewing suggestions on pedagogy, etc.

How can I get my course included in the Women's Studies curriculum?

Download an application. Send the completed application to the Institute for Women's Studies Curriculum Committee in Gilbert Hall, 210 Herty Drive, Athens, Georgia 30602.

I am a core faculty member and/or instructor in Women's Studies. Where do I get information on how to make book orders, who to contact for classroom reservations, how to access class rolls, how to make equipment requests, who to contact for supply orders,
