The Institute for Women's Studies Payment Card Policy
The Institute for Women's Studies uses Marketplace to fulfill all customer orders. We do not accept credit card information in person, by phone, mail, fax, or email. The Marketplace system is strictly for commerce transactions where we never see or touch full credit card information. Employees that have completed the mandatory PCI-DSS training handle the processing of orders. Personal information regarded orders (individual's name, address, phone number, and email addresses) are kept in a locked, restricted area. Individual customer orders are retained according to the legal and procedural standards found in the Georgia Board of Regents Records Retention Guidelines.
